Goal Setting

At the beginning of the year, a lot of us wrote our goals on the news board and I wanted congratulate everyone for doing a great job!

A goal inspires you to do the work and to create what does not already exist. Your goals should excite and even scare you. Your goals should be specific, measurable and written in the present tense. August is a great time to re-think your goals for the rest of the year.

Power of Movement Fundraiser

I have recently joined Power of Movement; the largest yoga fundraiser in Canada raising funds for arthritis research! Please visit: to view my personal page and support my challenge!

Arthritis is a misunderstood disease. It is not just a condition that the elderly are affected by; arthritis and related autoimmune diseases like lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and vacuities affect people of all ages, even kids. There are over 4.2 million Canadians who need our support!

Private one-on- one Yoga

I'm offering, private one–on one yoga instruction and technique –Learn how to do Sun Salutations and yoga postures with assistance at Imprint Pilates. The aim is to learn a Vinyasa flow with stable technique in a workshop mysore style (self-practice) and correct posture so that you feel confident, safe and ready to jump into a group setting. I will combine Pilates exercises if required to help you strengthen towards a pose. Yoga and Pilates are complimentary to one another just as Pilates is transferable to your favorite activities, sports and everyday functional life. Inspired by, but not limited to, the Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha and Jivamukti Yoga traditions. Suitable for all levels.

Cost : $70

50% from the cost of your private instruction will be donated towards this wonderful cause!

It’s also a perfect opportunity to bring back daily Participation by keeping Fit and having Fun with a community for a great cause!
